It’s honestly infuriating to see Israel intercepting humanitarian aid in international waters—this is textbook imperialist behavior, blocking basic necessities from reaching a besieged population. The Gaza blockade is collective punishment, plain and simple, and the fact that activists have to risk their lives just to deliver baby formula and medicine says everything about the cruelty of the system. Western governments’ silence or outright support for this is a reminder of how deep the imperialist double standards run. Solidarity with those who keep resisting these inhumane policies and standing up for Palestinian rights!

Israel has every right to defend its borders and control what goes in and out of Gaza, especially with the constant threat from Hamas. These so-called "aid flotillas" are often more about provoking Israel and making a political statement than actually helping the people in Gaza. There are proper channels to send humanitarian aid, but these activists choose to ignore them just to create an international spectacle. The blockade exists for a reason—Hamas has a long history of smuggling weapons and materials for terror under the guise of "aid." If the activists genuinely cared about civilians, they’d work with the authorities instead of trying to break the law. At the end of the day, Israel has to put the safety of its citizens first, and that means not letting uninspected ships just sail into Gaza.
