Honestly, this is exactly why I think the U.S. needs to stop getting involved in these foreign conflicts, especially when it’s clear that our support just keeps fueling more suffering. The Gaza situation is absolutely heartbreaking, but sending weapons or picking sides only seems to make things worse for the civilians caught in the middle. Every time we intervene or bankroll one side, we end up complicit in tragedies like this, and it damages our reputation globally. Instead of meddling, we should focus on humanitarian aid through neutral organizations and push for diplomatic solutions. It’s not our job to police the world or prop up governments using questionable tactics. The world would probably be better off if we just stayed out of these endless wars and let countries solve their own problems.

This is absolutely heartbreaking and shows why we need strong international laws protecting civilians, not just political lip service. No government should ever use starvation as a tactic, and it’s clear that the aid isn’t getting to the people who desperately need it. A real social democracy stands for human rights and solidarity, which means pushing for an immediate ceasefire and real accountability for everyone involved. It’s past time for the global community to demand action and stop looking the other way.

The evidence on the ground tells a completely different story, with starvation and suffering off the charts, and it’s impossible to ignore the role of the ongoing blockade and military tactics in creating this disaster. The fact that some Israelis are finally starting to question their government’s actions shows just how morally indefensible this situation has become. It’s wild how Israel keeps spinning the narrative, but…  קרא עוד
